Welcome to My Journey
Thank you for visiting and for your interest in my books. I sincerely hope you find them not only thoroughly enjoyable but also a valuable resource to share with others who are walking this same path alongside you.
My life took an unexpected turn after my accident, and my recovery was a journey of profound challenges and discoveries. Like many of you, I was initially placed on numerous medications after being discharged from the hospital. That experience quickly taught me the most crucial lesson of my recovery: I had to become my own strongest advocate.
As I navigated my way toward wellness, I began to explore and utilize quite a few holistic modalities to support my healing—a turning point in deciding which medications were truly essential for me and which ones I could safely let go of.
My story is one of resilience, self-advocacy, and finding a balanced path to recovery. I look forward to sharing it with you.
Discovering the Game Changer
I’m excited to share a major turning point in my recovery journey that completely transformed how I approach my health.
In June of 2024, I was introduced to Isotonix supplements. What makes them a game changer? They are up to 95% absorbed into the blood stream! Because they are in a powder form, they become isotonic (same pressure as body fluids) when mixed the correct amount of water. The isotonic solution then rapidly empties out of the stomach and enters quickly into the small intestines for maximum absorption. The results for me have been dramatic: my gut health has improved tremendously, and I’ve never felt better!
While these supplements do not diagnose, treat, or cure, I believe they may be incredibly beneficial to you on your personal path to wellness. Sharing the products that have truly improved my health is a meaningful way for me to give back to others who are seeking a better quality of life.
